  Worst experience! In regards to service and professionalism. first off i wanna start with the making appointment. When making appointment i asked to see what was covered under my insurance, they checked for me, i was told i would have to pay for eye exam but my glasses would be covered. I go to my appointment, i get the eye exam done, the eye doctor doesn't mention anything wrong with my eyes, no change no nothing, didn't even have a worried look on his face, NOTHING!! eye exam is done, they tell me to wait in the waiting room and that they would be with me shortly. i get called up to the front desk and get asked to pay for eye exam, I pay. and then get told to have a good day. I said aren't i going to look for glasses, i get told "your insurance doesn't cover your glasses" ... beyond pissed!! I explained to her i was told it was covered through insurance blah blah that whole story. And to add to that!! as i was walking to the door to leave the eye doctor comes following me out to stop me! to tell me, that he saw some "color change in my eye" that he "doesn't think it's much of a concern" but he wanted me to sign a referral sheet to another doctor. OMFG!!! talk about unprofessional. Isn't one to tell you if they see something wrong or think they see something wrong while or right after they give you an eye exam not as i'm walking out the door! worst service! shouldn't of paid for exam, i feel like they scammed me for a quick buck. Atleast that's how it feels. Will never be returning!
